Installation: ‘Pebro’ seating item

Sihlcity has lots of space to rest and linger, both outside and in the quite zones of the shopping mall. Three design studios took part in a competition to come up with novel ways to furnish these areas. The jury chose the suggestion by the young Cellule© studio, which came up with the convincing idea of a flexible seating item that returns to its original form after use, like a blade of grass after a downpour.

Producer: Faserplast AG

Verde Mobile

The famous landscape architect Enzo Enea is showing a revolutionary concept for sustainable spatial design at the point of intersection between architecture, installation, furnishings and interior greenery. The idea behind Verde Mobile is to create a natural object that is, at one and the same time, convertible and representative, mobile and grounded, simple and playful, and lively and harmonising, and thereby enhance the quality of time spent at Sihlcity, as green spaces coupled with stylish seating offer visitors additional retreat and relaxation areas.
