L’AMANT Brasserie & Bar

Named in the style of the novel by Marguerite Duras, L’AMANT celebrates the fervour of a playfully light French cuisine with Asian inspirations.

The combination of a French and Asian cooking culture pervades all the rooms here – from the bar with over 50 types of champagne and the vibrant brasserie through to the intimate atmosphere of the Blue Room.

Renowned Swedish architects Stylt Trampoli have designed an interior that visually underscores the celebratory meeting of the cultures and whisks guests off to another period.

Guests can visit the brasserie at any time from breakfast to a relaxed dinner and observe their dishes being prepared in the open kitchen.

The Blue Room, the real fillet piece of the establishment, is suitable for both a business and a private tête-à-tête. And the menu that changes every month is a constant source of new and surprising culinary experiences.
