Soil to Soul in Sihlcity

The Soil to Soul symposium goes into the second round! From September 15 - 17, Soil to Soul will enliven Sihlcity in Zurich during FOOD ZURICH with exciting keynotes, panel discussions, master classes and screenings, and treat its visitors to tasty gourmet events and a Soil Food Market. Everything around the topics: Conservation of the soil, regenerative agriculture and the context of a responsible, healthy and enjoyable diet. This year: fermentation in focus! The Fermentista Festival takes place this year as part of Soil to Soul.
